Our Teepee Slumber Party Includes:
Choice of Styled Theme
You tell us your theme and we will bring your ideas to life! If you have any ideas or elements you want to incorporate let us know!
Fabric Tent
White Tent
Air Mattress
Each tent will have a twin mattress that fits perfectly inside our tents.
Freshly Laundered Linens
Twin fitted sheets and cozy, plush/fleece throw blankets
Standard Full Size Pillow
Full-Size pillow paired with pillowcase
Plush Decorative Pillows
Coordinated perfectly with your chosen theme.
Bed Tray
Each theme will have either a flat tray, foldable, or solid tray, depending upon the theme selected.
Lantern/Table Light
Each tent will have a lantern or light-up-themed battery-operated light/LED light on their bed tray.
Garland/Banner/Bunting for Theme
Some themes include tent drapings, banners or themed garlands.
Balloon Cluster
Each tent will have a balloon cluster matching the theme
String Lights
Each tent will be adorned with fairy lights or string lights between each tent or on each tent separately, depending upon the theme selection.
Welcome Sign
Each event will receive a personalized welcome sign that will greet your guests at your spectacular party.
Sleep Mask
Each guest will receive a branded The Party Shack sleep mask they can take home with them. Looking for a personalized mask instead? We can do that too!
Name Sign
Each tent will have a framed name sign or a chalkboard plaque with your guest’s name.
Styling Decor for Theme
We do our best to have little “Easter Eggs” hidden for each theme, we hand-pick out items that we know will make your theme pop!
Set-Up and Tear-Down
We come to your location with our equipment/supplies. We will set up your event complete with everything listed below. We will return the next business day to tear down and pack up.
Our work team is made of three or more people depending on the setup. We will set everything up on the day of the event. When the event’s start time is before 11:00 a.m., we can set it up the day before.
The space designated for the setup needs to be free of furniture and clean at the time when we arrive. We will not be responsible for moving furniture, trampolines or clearing out the area.
Everything included in the setting must be returned in the same good condition as it was received and it will be picked up as soon as the event ends. There will be a Late pick-up fee for any pick-up after 6:00 pm.
We are responsible for disassembling our setting and picking it up only. Please be aware that we do not clean up party trash.
